Uncle Bill Tailor-Made Headwear started as a small little offshoot of the CA based western brand Seager. I was brought on in it’s infancy to run design, production, logistics…well everything really in the day to day business.

It started as a small private label brand, with me as the sole employee, making 100 unit runs of hats for local coffee shops and has grown exponentially making thousands of hats at this point for some of the biggest brands and artists in the nation, like Molson-Coors and Morgan Wallen. We continue to grow with an extensive list of clients in all fields from dentists to country super stars.

We offer full, white-golve custom hat services using the client’s existing logos or from-scratch graphic design done by yours truly. I design the techpacks for each style and coordinate with our factory, managing all aspects of production until the hats arrive at your door.
